Dear friends: 

Summer is here, and it's time for a refreshing summer! The company has organized a rafting team-building activity.

Let's go play in the water and relax together! The specific arrangements are as follows:

I. Activity Dates: July 31st (Friday) - August 1st (Saturday), two days and one night; 

II. Activity Location: Huadong Tiger Leap Gorge Rafting Trip 

III. Participants: All employees 

IV. Activity Schedule: 

Day1:

7:00 Company assembly location: Main entrance of the building. The vehicle will depart at 7:00 sharp. 

In case of any special circumstances preventing you from arriving on time, please inform the logistics department in advance. 

11:00 Have lunch (either at a nearby restaurant or at a service area for a light meal) 

12:00 Rafting Party 

17:00 Check into the hotel (Hangzhou Qianwang Aman Court Hotel) 

18:18 Hotel dining - Third floor Chinese restaurant - Qianwang Hall 

Day2:

9:00 Hotel assembly for departure. 

V. List of Essential Items for Rafting: 

1. Clothing: Quick-drying pants and shirts, replacement dry clothes, holey shoes / hiking shoes 

2. Protection: Sunscreen, sun hat, sunglasses, waterproof mobile phone case 

3. Supplies: Toiletries, towels 

VI. Safety and Precautions: 

Please do not wear valuable items such as watches and jewelry during rafting, as they may get lost. 

2. Please wear life jackets throughout the entire process and follow the instructions of the staff. 

3. If you feel unwell or encounter any special circumstances, please inform the department in advance.
