To demonstrate the company's humanistic care and to ensure proper heat prevention and cooling measures, we will guarantee the physical health and safety of employees during the summer when working in high temperatures. In accordance with the company's regulations, a special summer heat allowance will be issued for the year 2026. 

The following matters are hereby notified: 

1. Scope of distribution for high-temperature allowance: Full-time employees 

II. Distribution Time of High-temperature Allowance: July, August, and September (to be distributed along with the monthly salary)
