The specific matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Participants: All employees

Ii. Physical examination Time: 7:30-10:00 a.m. on October 13th - 14th, 2025

Iii. Physical Examination Address: 3rd Floor, Building 3, No. 85, Wujin Road, Hongkou District (Shanghai First People's Hospital)

Vi. Precautions

(1) Please bring your original ID card on the day of the physical examination

(2) Please keep an empty stomach on the day of the physical examination (except for mandatory medications).
